The 51-year-old rap icon also provides advice for losing and maintaining weight, including avoiding fast food, eating more vegetables and lean meats, drinking water more often and cutting back on alcohol intake. The clip has already been watched over 10 million times!

According to “Touch It” rapper, this weight gain stemmed from his grief following his father’s death in 2014; as such he compensated with poor eating habits, drinking, and smoking, which ultimately caused polyps on vocal cords that prevented breathing properly.
But instead of staying inside his quarantine home during his lockdown, he used it as an opportunity to take action and work with his trainer in the gym. He began training up to four times a week and changing his diet, eliminating beverages in favor of lean meats, oatmeal and egg whites. Victor Munoz told TMZ he developed a full-body workout which strengthened chest muscles while simultaneously decreasing belly fat while walking up 16 flights of stairs instead of taking the elevator.
Now he has shared an incredible before-and-after photo on Instagram to showcase his hard work. In it he tagged members of his training team – Munoz as well as bodybuilders Dexter “The Blade” Jackson, Kai Greene, and Victor Martinez. Munoz’s followers applauded his commitment to fitness and incredible results!

As part of his effort to regain control of his life, the rapper started working out with trainer Victor Munoz. Starting at around 315 pounds, he lost 100 in just several months! They would train three times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; two sessions daily on Tuesdays and Saturdays; their workout sessions typically lasted up to two hours and included upper body exercises such as bench presses and dumbbell bicep curls as well as lower body work such as incline cable chest flys and machine ab rollers among others.
Due to his dedication, musician has managed to get back into shape just in time for his 50 Cent tour. According to Men’s Health, he now engages in workouts twice daily that combine strength training and circuits as well as sauna and cryotherapy treatments in order to stay in tiptop condition.
