her family and friends.

Over the past few years, a child who was born as a boy but identifies as a girl Jazz Jennings from the
American TLC show “I am Jazz” is inspiring. Jazz is one of the famous transgender personalities who
publicly defended their rights; recently; Jazz decided to share her changes like her life adopting a new
diet plan to lose weight. The hardship, desire, and the self-esteem which are portrayed in this journey
have elicited a sympathetic nod from all the fans.
Contrary to this, Jazz Jennings is not that shy to share her difficulties, including those related to her
body weight. Over the years, she faced challenges that many people can relate to: stress, more to the
states like self-induced stress, stress due to emotional eating, stress lack of motivation and stress that

Jazz weight management strategy has however been nutritional and psychological in nature. There
were no shortcuts to success, no injection of something that would have them slim in two weeks.
However, Jazz did not focus on assimilating such non-sustainable behaviour alteration remedies that would just offer a temporary solution to her issues. This was evident in the following aspects of
nutrition in which they adopted correct portions, exercising, and consultations from nutrition experts.
