Maneet Chauhan lost 40 pounds

On last night’s Tournament of Champions episode, Maneet overcame some of the industry’s renowned heavy-hitter chefs in an action-packed competition and ultimately became its two-time champion – earning her both bragging rights as well as a $150,000 check!
She credits her culinary success to energy, creativity, and impeccable culinary skills that come from following her passion – combined with leading a healthy lifestyle – this has propelled her to the top of restaurant world.
Chauhan has become a regular judge on Chopped, as well as competing in multiple seasons of Iron Chef. Chef Maneet Chauhan has been busy keeping pace with her restaurant empire, two cookbooks, TV judging duties and other projects – including research trials and travels which keep her abreast of culinary trends. Additionally, she is currently creating her signature spice line and writing another book!
Recently, Maneet posted a short video clip to social media that highlighted her new slimmer figure than was previously being displayed. She can be seen wearing casual wear consisting of leggings with matching hoodie and flowy blouse, along with gold sneakers as part of an ensemble worn during this post. At first it received accolades but later raised concerns as fans described her as being “sickeningly thin.”
Though their concerns were expressed, the foodie replied with an understated answer and two prayer emojis indicating she was content and enjoying her new physique.
Alongside her weight loss journey, the experienced professional has also been working out with her trainer. In a recent Instagram post, she demonstrated her rigorous exercise routine via a speeded-up video showing her standing up, performing resistance training exercises on hands and knees while kneading them during resistance training exercises, then jogging around as part of her fitness journey; giving followers an inside view into her fitness journey and showing that she was committed to meeting her health and wellness goals.
